Jets OT Cameron Clark is expected to make a full recovery after suffering a spinal contusion during practice on Tuesday.
Clark was stretchered out of Jets practice today after the injury, and it was a scary enough moment that coach Robert Saleh called off the rest of practice. The team announced he has been diagnosed with a spinal contusion and will eventually make a full recovery. He is staying in the hospital overnight for observation.

New York Jets DE John Franklin-Myers (shoulder), OG Alex Lewis (head) and TE Daniel Brown (hamstring) suffered injuries during practice Thursday, Aug. 5. The team did not announce the severity of the injuries

ESPN's Rich Cimini suggests the Jets could trade WR Denzel Mims.
Mims, a 2020 second-rounder that started eight games as a rookie, has been no higher than the No. 6 receiver at training camp. Miscast in new OC Mike LaFleur's scheme, it's possible the Jets move on from Mims, though he's unlikely to be cut or return more than a Day 3 pick. Mims, who doesn't play special teams, could open the year as a weekly inactive if he isn't traded.
