Got the Apple TV this morning to connect up to my iPad.. Pretty annoying that when mirroring from my ipad I can't get a full screen on the tv it has black cuts down the sides... Anyway this can be changed ? I've tried adjusting my tv ratio but that's done nothing

Been a casual follower of NFL since buying Madden on the PS1 all those years ago. Bought the Gamepass so I could watch the Super Bowl earlier this year because wasn't sure if the Super Bowl was going to be on here and didn't want to watch the poor quality streams. When the subscription ran out on that it sucked me in to purchase the off-season subscription and when that ran out in July I was hooked. I've purchased Season Plus and got the GP app on my phone and iPad and can't wait for the season to start.

I gave in. Totally worth it.

Condensed games are awesome.

They are. And being able to download to my iPad doubles the awesomeness this year.

what happened with the "go forward 10secs" button? Can only go back 10secs!!

It depends on how the buffering is working with your internet speed.....if I'm watching replays I normally pause the game, go make myself a long island iced tea and then there is enough of the game buffered to use the 10 second advance feature.

Can't decide whether to watch broncos games full or condensed... first world problems lol.

Always give full a chance - get the real experience.
Condensed is good when you're team is getting savaged.

You gotta watch your own team in full to get the replays, properly understand what's going on, learn the players early in the season and all that.

I reckon condensed is recommended to allow you to watch as many games as possible throughout the week - but your own team is a no brainer.

True. Except when your team sucks, or you know they lost, then condensed can be a quicker pill to swallow :(
In saying that tho, I'm a masochist, and still want to ensure I've seen the broadcast version, to properly gauge how the game went, the plays called, feel of the game-atmosphere and momentum shifts, sideline cutaways, commentators opinions etc.

Have to admit I did change to condensed when the game was out of the balance. Sometimes you just want the pain to be over.

This may be an incredibly stupid question but for those saying to use Apple TV, I take it you still have to buy Gamepass as well? Just looking at AppleTV prices and they have all the Gamepass symbol everywhere so was just wondering.

Oh goodie, another game that won't stream, this time it's Falcons @ Bengals. Looks like I'll be emailing someone later today...

No problems for me dude - I'm not getting the best quality picture, but it's still around 2400kps I reckon.
