I'd contact support for that to make sure it gets sorted out. There's some minor backend changes the provider is currently working on before preseason starts, but it's worth reaching out anyway to have them look into it as it may be unrelated.

I was watching last year's SB via NBN, wireless at home on my iPad and the stream ran as slow as cold trickle on an eskimo's backside.

Now i just hope the markets go my way. Currently the price if you pay in USD comes to about $250AUD. now do i wait another day or 2, or use the 1 week trial and hope it stays the same or goes a bit lower.
