Why spend $600m, when Charlotte will spent $600m.
And if they wont, St Louis will spent $2B to get you there?
You get free infrastructure either way, which adds assets to your club and investment.
Why do something yourself which can be done by others.
Having said that, there has been 1 build by an owner recently. Stan Kroenke built SoFo right? Man of the people???
