Eltham vs Mont - just after 14:10 in the 2nd quarter, #16 goes straight for Lentini's head. Surely a couple of weeks holiday for that.

Saw Lentini came off and did a couple of boundary runs before being withdrawn, looked like a rolled ankle as part of that incident.

That’s a terrible, terrible look especially
when taunting him while he is injured on the ground.

People will disagree but if we are expecting blokes to miss 3 rounds due to concussion these sort of mindless actions have to be at least 5-6. They have no place in the modern game.

Umpire was in the perfect position and didn’t even give him a card though?

Strange to single out one club, you could insert a number of others in this statement. Unfortunately for some it has.
There’s a few clubs that could be candidates, especially with potential injuries and lack of depth in two’s.

Bundoora and Macleod are the ones for me. Both winless in one’s and twos with thirds playing Div 3 at moment.

Macleods thirds dominant at moment but not exactly the greatest position to be developing future ones players I would have thought.

If I had to pick one for relegation, I’d go with Macleod but it’s a fine line.

Bundoora loses

22 points to Mont
smashed by Boro
4 points to Hurstbridge

Hardly alarm stations just yet. Sure I don’t think they play finals but relegation?

Macleod have lost to Eltham, West Preston and Banyule. 2 teams who we expect to be in the bottom 3. Bundoora have that run they could be 3-0

Heaps to play out.

The statement being referred to was about buying success not relegation

That’s straight up a month. Pretty ordinary.

Will be interesting to see how Monts medical assessment is. . It’s pretty obvious he was crook post knock. Monts next 3 - Banyule, Bridges, Dogs. Will clubs have the pills to call players concussed and make them miss 3 weeks. Got my doubts.

Bundoora and Eltham have had very similar results so far. with Eltham having played one extra game and winning it.

The big game is really Eltham vs west preston in round 5. winner of that will likely be two games clear

Jason McCormick that is the weakest act I've seen in the NFNL for a while now. And to stand over Marcus just Embarrassing

He handed a free kick for high contact… so obviously saying he was hit high via a bump
If you go back 15-20 seconds, number 13 gets a kick away and is bumped. There's a reaction from the crowd. At the next contest, number 13 gives the Eltham bloke a bit of lip (looks like the bloke that bumped him). Eltham player seemingly runs back to his position. When 13 gets the footy from the stoppage, same Eltham player runs back into frame and hits 13 high.

Looks like there was a build up to it. Not excusing it by the way.

Ease up mate, young player made a mistake in the heat of the moment and will be likely treated accordingly. Hopefully the Monty player is all good and no harm done for the rest of the season 👍🏻

Explains the standing over and giving it to the Mont player…

Why not go back even further - from what I see Lentini gets 2 possessions coming out of the backline, and as the camera pans off towards the wing the crowd clearly respond to him being probably bumped after disposing.

Obviously can't confirm, but what else could it be? Nothing to it though.

On the replay he runs over to bump McCormick who pushes #5 from Mont in the back... McCormick gives one back as I'd expect... some chat happens... this stuff would happen in every game, every weekend.

But you're right, no excuse for the next incident.
