I think Mitchell would have been back quicker if he had been shot in the foot
But he wasn’t shot in the foot. Stop stressing. He’s diligent. He’ll be fine. Only a few weeks……

Are you going to a stoning?I had to buy one until mine grows in.
Silence! What is all this insolence? You will find yourself in gladiator school vewy quickly with wotten behaviour like that. Are you going to a stoning?
He also wouldn’t be so categoric if it was a long term issue. Read the roomin fairness, he's hardly going to come out and say "yeah, nah, its going to derail his whole season"
That's worrying. If Nick is only going to be fine, rather than sensational or magnificent, his foot must be ****ed.
Are there any women here today? Are you going to a stoning?
This is true. When my wife says shes "fine" Ive slowly learnt that sometimes that's not the caseThat's worrying. If Nick is only going to be fine, rather than sensational or magnificent, his foot must be ****ed.
"Go to the pub with your friends I don't mind"This is true. When my wife says shes "fine" Ive slowly learnt that sometimes that's not the case
Because she’s sensational or magnificent, right? This is true. When my wife says shes "fine" Ive slowly learnt that sometimes that's not the case
You're on to it exactly."Go to the pub with your friends I don't mind"
With respect, it’s the start of Jan - can you name one poster that is “keen to play them”?
Where do they want them played? Against whom?
You’re a lucky man if it’s only sometimesThis is true. When my wife says shes "fine" Ive slowly learnt that sometimes that's not the case
Jehovah! Are there any women here today?
I've had PF before, common injury in my field of work (truck driver)
Best thing that happened to me was I fractured my ankle and had 6 weeks in a moon boot and that healed the PF.
Not suggesting that Nick goes out and does this but I'm sure with rest and physiotherapist he'll be fine for Rd1
I'm sure it will be breaking news on all broadcasts tonight, if this is true.Someone on Voy forums said he couldn’t really run today and went back inside
Anyone know if this is true?
It says in the report that I posted from fb under training updates that Nick D ran below pace and then walked off not looking like he was moving that freely.I'm sure it will be breaking news on all broadcasts tonight, if this is true.
Was that report by Annabel the wordsmith?I like her reports, but I always have to have a thesaurus with me to fully understand what she’s saying. It says in the report that I posted from fb under training updates that Nick D ran below pace and then walked off not looking like he was moving that freely.
I would imagine if it's mild PF, he'd only be asked to do light running .. and to stop if/when he feels any pain. I'm hoping this is just the normal rehab for his condition & severityIt says in the report that I posted from fb under training updates that Nick D ran below pace and then walked off not looking like he was moving that freely.
Exactly. You don;t go from a PF diagnosis to full running drills in zero time. It will be a test to see how he's trending and that's about it. In my very inexperienced and unprofessional opinion, it's actually a positive sign to see he out there at all!I would imagine if it's mild PF, he'd only be asked to do light running .. and to stop if/when he feels any pain. I'm hoping this is just the normal rehab for his condition & severity
But I'm sure there are experts on here who know more than my hopeful guess
Good news. Sounds lke the plantar fasciitis isn't an issue.I had a dream the other night I met Josh and Nick and we went running together. Nick asked me if he could get one of my old footy guernseys and I was over the moon he wanted my jumper. His manager told him he needed to hurry because he was late for the bus so he started jogging faster and I was flat out trying to keep up.
Mrs35 poked me in the ribs and woke me up because I was face down in bed with my legs going like Forrest Gump shaking the bed. Figure that out!
Therapy session Thursday.
