Because she’s sensational or magnificent, right?

You’re a lucky man if it’s only sometimes

I've had PF before, common injury in my field of work (truck driver)
Best thing that happened to me was I fractured my ankle and had 6 weeks in a moon boot and that healed the PF.
Not suggesting that Nick goes out and does this but I'm sure with rest and physiotherapist he'll be fine for Rd1

Not expecting Nick to do heaps in the next month

Someone on Voy forums said he couldn’t really run today and went back inside
Anyone know if this is true?

It says in the report that I posted from fb under training updates that Nick D ran below pace and then walked off not looking like he was moving that freely.
Was that report by Annabel the wordsmith?I like her reports, but I always have to have a thesaurus with me to fully understand what she’s saying.😀

I would imagine if it's mild PF, he'd only be asked to do light running .. and to stop if/when he feels any pain. I'm hoping this is just the normal rehab for his condition & severity 🤞

But I'm sure there are experts on here who know more than my hopeful guess 🤣

Exactly. You don;t go from a PF diagnosis to full running drills in zero time. It will be a test to see how he's trending and that's about it. In my very inexperienced and unprofessional opinion, it's actually a positive sign to see he out there at all!

I had a dream the other night I met Josh and Nick and we went running together. Nick asked me if he could get one of my old footy guernseys and I was over the moon he wanted my jumper. His manager told him he needed to hurry because he was late for the bus so he started jogging faster and I was flat out trying to keep up.
Mrs35 poked me in the ribs and woke me up because I was face down in bed with my legs going like Forrest Gump shaking the bed. Figure that out!

Therapy session Thursday.
