This whole thing is getting ridiculous and has dragged out too long. If she doesn't appear fine lay charges etc and deal with it. As to the crooks in gaol,need to release them on bail before reassessing if their cases were tainted. We either have a fair legal system or not. Victoria has one of the most cumbersome and slow legal processes in the world and there is no good reason why this should be the case.
