Disagree that it's "all good"
Second player that Bumrah has needlessly gotten in the face of after a wicket, just to be a campaigner. And that weak rat Virat backed him up. Needs to be told to cut it out, or financial penalties imposed.

And now the Indian team have publicly come out whinging about time wasting in the final over. A tactic that literally every team in the world uses, and the Indian's are some of the worst for it.

Indian batsman pull out when a bowler is in their bowling stride, which can cause injury and it's all good.
Konstas tells Bumrah to get back to his mark and the world goes after him.

Says the bloke that told Curtly to take off his sweatbands when coming into bowl to him. That's as fired up as I saw Curtly and he could get fired up.
Curtly could have been the terminator that night (actually, he was). It was probably the most focused and outright aggressive display of bowling that has ever been launched with a cricket ball in hand.

I'm sure Thommo could get hot under the collar and put down some seriously mean balls but Curtly owns the title and I doubt that anybody will ever outdo his efforts from that match.

Thommo bowls Mumbles balls...

The sweatbands...

Curtly's magnificent spell...

Love it.

A 19 yo getting under the skin of firstly one of their greatest batsman then secondly the best bowler in the world.

Let’s not forget first ball he walked the prick and slapped him over mid wicket to the fence.

ussie just ussie - konstas hasn’t taken a backwards step yet and I expect him to do the same tomorrow and make some runs.

Absolute breath of fresh air in what was becoming a bore fest of a squad

Webster coming into the side seems to be a good move as well. Hopefully the other young bloke gets to play in his natural position and shows some form in the Sri Lanka series too.

Time to call it a day at the end of this match Uzzie. You played at least one series too many before hanging up the boots.

Exactly, absolutely nothing when webster could have hurt himself. Massive tantrum when bumrah has to go back three paces.

Some classic commentary in that 7/1 video from "Who Dares Wins" Mike Whitney and some Greg Chappell at the end.

Good entertainment so that's fun. I don't like it from both sides.

I wonder if Konstas had failed on Boxing Day, would he still be behaving the way he is? My guess is no. He's a fair way ahead of himself at the moment. Fair enough. He's young and excited and receiving more attention than he could have imagined. But cricket is going to bite him on the arse very soon.

Bumrah is the best bowler in the world, the captain of the biggest team and universally respected within the game. You gonna let a kid get into your head? You're better than that. Get him out and get on with the game.

Has anyone got the feeling already that Konstas is going to be one of those love him or hate him type of cricketers and is going to divide many in the cricket world. He is pretty cocky already. Can see teams coming for him bit like they did for Warner.

Whoa! What a collision between Bancroft and Sams in the BBL. Hope they're OK.

That was nasty. Both bad concussions you would think.

Hope it's nothing too serious and they're ok.

My feeling is that he is crickets version of Ginnivan

185 on the first day of a Sydney test and the trophy on the line and they are all out, India are cooked, some people saying hang on a minute we have got to bat, lets not get ahead of ourselves. Really, I mean are you serious? We will win this test or in some rain halting play and being a draw, we want this test, the players are focussed, the only thing in my opinion is what are they going to whinge about next?

They are mentally fragile at the moment, blind Freddie can see this, for once, they are not going to get out of "jail", the second days play should tell us everything we need to know about both teams, if we don't know already. Got a feeling Travis & Steve might cut loose on this wicket, c'mon boys lets show them how to play cricket with confidence! 😏

He's young, mischievous and cocky. He'll eventually outgrow this phase and settle down. Warner was just a bully and a shit bloke.
