No idea but from what I understand actual bodily harm is far less serious than grievous bodily harm. Could be as little as a scratch.
Reckon there'd be alot more smoke if he was in strife.
The Murray is full of bogans with their ski boats and jet skis.Lot of angry hot heads about?
People who live without beaches tend to bogan. The Murray is full of bogans with their ski boats and jet skis.
Ain’t that the truth.People who live without beaches tend to bogan.
About 6 years ago I spent NYE in Echuca. Stayed with some friends (from Melbourne) at their weekender.Murray this time of the year is infiltrated with cashed up ****heads from Melbourne who think they’re superior. Yarra/Mul Echuca/Moana cop it the worst. Not many locals hang around this time of year because of the tourists
I see you support Hull City, are you from there?
I spent a good 12-13 years in Albury we were fortunate not get as many there apart from up around lake Hume. We’d venture down for the odd day trip to a mates house in Yarra during holiday season but got out of the pubs or the ski club before it got too rowdy which was generally after dinner. Could take an hour to get over the bridge at times.About 6 years ago I spent NYE in Echuca. Stayed with some friends (from Melbourne) at their weekender.
I’ve never seen so many bogans or tattoos in the one place. People with motorised eskies with stereos blaring, boats going up and down with doof doof pumping out of huge speakers.
No wonder the locals piss off somewhere else.
It certainly showed another side of Echuca I’d never seen even though I have been visiting there for years.

People assume Balta was at fault because he was the one that the Police charged. We'll find out more details if/when it goes to court.I would be really interested to see how this all actually played out because with these situations and AFL players the devil is in the detail on the events.
1. Was the situation just Balta starting the fight at first provocation?
2. Did Balta start the fight after a long session of heckling? (I would say multiple instances of heckling over an hour or so would constitute)
3. Did the patron start the fight after being dismissed by Balta?
4. Did the patron start the fight after Balta said something smart arsed back?
5. Did Balta join a fight that started due to heckling?
6. Did Balta join a fight that started due to heckling after initially trying to break it up?
These types of situations always get reported like any car accident between an exotic car and a pedestrian car. Most people just assume that AFL player is at fault.
