3. True but that's doesn't make it a good idea because someone else also did it previously.

Bottom line is they're footballers, you're not hiring them to be UN ambassadors or child safety advocates. In part comes with the territory. To avoid giving a footballer a long term contract simply because they're a bit more prone to this behaviour is specious reasoning. He's been in the system 5(6?) years now, so benefit of doubt. I've never heard anything about him prior to this, other than shutting Hawkins down in the 2020 GF.

Pretty sure this is the first altercation for Noah Balta at the club. There hasn't been much else by way of dickhead type behaviour in the past.

I will say that when he talks it doesn't seem like there is a lot going on up there but beyond that there isn't much else.
