Charges laid in the Grimes incident....

After receiving the threats, Grimes then contacted police before a warrant was followed out on Monday.

"Police executed a warrant at a Frankston address on Monday 24 August as part of an investigation into alleged online harassment," the Victoria Police statement said.

"Detectives arrested a 39-year-old man and charged him with stalking, using telecommunications device to menace, making threat to commit sexual offence and other charges.

Sounds like a lovely chap.

Nick Vlastuin is one of the toughest and most courageous players in the comp. no way he dived, he just had a reaction.

Grimes on the other hand should be happy he didn’t get more than a fine. He’s got shocking form.

Dahlhaus gets off. MRP is a ******* joke. How is that worthy of getting off yet Crozier gets a week?
The MRP seems to like to make an example of smaller clubs players every chance they get.

Of course they ignore this example whenever its convenient for them.

Or maybe it’s the fact we have this bloke representing our players? When was the last time we managed to successfully overturn a tribunal decision? EA959F69-16A8-42CC-A2CC-941844E6E53A.jpeg

I stand by my theory that we get harsher treatment by the MRO and at the tribunal. Dates back to before the Redpath incident
Doesn't help when we don't have the guts to appeal. When was the last time we did? If we didn't for Crozier, we never will. Even Bains said on his podcast wtlith PG he was disappointed we didn't appeal.

Whose decision is it to appeal?

Interesting North selling their last game to the eagles so it can be played in Perth.

does this open up our last game vs Fremantle to also be in Perth? It’s currently lifted as a Fremantle home game. No idea how though as it would give Fremantle 10 home games for the season.
