Duck Ginnivan.....free
Throw the head back Newcombe.....free
Flop Sicily.....free
Breust..... goal

Ahh to support a Victorian team.
I thought (perhaps wrongly) that you can't have a free paid down ground after disposal when the ball goes out on the full or through for a score

Given that 'the mark' is off the oval

Instead recipient gets offered the result of the original kick (goal, point, OOF) or can take it from where the infringement occurs.

That's what I thought also...... commentators seemed to think it was correct and that the free is paid where it crossed the line.

If that's the case I have seen many incorrect decisions over the years.

Yep that was my understanding of the rule too, I'm sure I've seen it adjudicated that way before.

So Hawks have won 5 out of their last 6. Did not see that coming.
& they shouldn't have lost the 6th game to Port...

Their list is much worse than ours, yet their coach is getting the most out of his team.

The Crows hierarchy should compare the respective performances to realise wtf are we doing!

I don't think this is true.

Their KPPs are a bit suspect (especially down back) but, otherwise, they have a good balance of a gun midfield (Day/Worpel/Newcombe/D'Ambrosio on the wing), dangerous small forwards (Moore/Ginnivan) and reliable small-medium defenders (Sicily/Weddle/Scrimshaw/Jiath).

On what metric is our list better?

Talls for starters.

They have no spine.
