Would be hilarious but I think they bounce back here.
Agreed.

Port are pretty good at shutting down the likes of Whitfield and Kelly (compared to us who shows them no respect and lets them cut us into ribbons).

You know, if port go out in straight sets..If I was a Geelong or an Essendon say for example, I would be putting up a godfather offer to Zak Butters to try and get him to put in a trade request. He would suit any of those vic clubs to a tee and he might see that port are a long way away from it in reality and with a lot of work to do at either end of the ground, he might be persuaded to jump ship

Or even us, why not

What's with all this talk about Marshall being injured?

Firstly if he was so injured he still managed to kick 2 very good goals. One from an angle and the other from 50 metres straight through the middle.
Secondly why did they even play him?

Also about subbing off DBJ. It was very early to make that call. They live and die by the sword.

Him and a few others supposedly.

I only listen to 5AA on a Monday after a loss to listen to the gymnastics.

One caller said given 3 of the 4 finals were played at the G so should have been Brisbane vs Port - a neutral ground. WTF! 🤪🤪🤪🤪

Seriously they just can’t admit - their backline and forward line are not top 4 standard.

GWS should give the crows a call and swap intel and tactics.

We tell them how to beat Port, and they tell us how the * they beat us.
I wouldnt be opposed if Nicks was in the GWS coaching box on the weekend.

Yes I hate Port that much. :$

They are tearing themselves apart

Didn't Clarkson give Hardwick coaching tips in 2017? Seems only fair if Nicks gives his old club some.

They are tearing themselves apart

Saw a banner with 'Never tear us apart' in some footage of one of their games and frankly, im not sure it does the messaging they think it does. Unless you are in the port cult or follow rival clubs closely, the banner just comes across as begging for someone not to do something to them so it only makes opposition clubs laugh at their expense.

Port should really ask supporters to put the full line in 'You can never tear us apart'

Marshall is a classic down hill skiing forward and is soft as butter.

He looked like he was developing all the tools last year. Was good on a lead, taking one grab marks, and his set kicking was always spot on.

I guess that there is the problem, that he is pretty one-dimensional. Haven't seen explicit stats but I would be surprised if he scored that many goals from open play.
