No need to pull your punches.Again IMO it is still one of the worse jumpers in the league.

That was the first one that sprang to mind.Unless you trademark the colour itself (Cadbury?)
Yep my understanding is colours used as a trademark specify a Pantone number which represents a specific colour. That was the first one that sprang to mind.
But there's actually a lot.
How anyone can tell the difference between CocaCola red and QANTAS red and Target red, I'm buggered if I know.
Note that there are lots of conditions attached to the use and what is actually banned.
Some popular examples of trademark colors include:
1. Green-gold, Qualitex
2. Tiffany Blue
3. Target Red
4. Cadbury Purple
5. Barbie Pink
6. Home Depot Orange
7. T-Mobile Magenta
8. Wiffle-Ball Yellow
9. UPS Brown
10. Coca-Cola Red
11. Christian Louboutin Red Soles
12. Pepto-Bismol Pink
Hawthorn had better watch out or UPS will come after them for the use of Poo Brown.

I assume it'd have to be in relation to releasing a similar product using the colours - such as a chocolate with a purple wrapper or a cola drink with a red label - probably why that rancid drop LA Ice had to change its packaging.
I love Bolivian chocolate but I think the Chileans do it better. If Cadbury use say Pantone 1453 you could use 1452 or 1454 etc. I think it’d also depend on product, packaging, location etc.
A chocolate wrapper that was pretty close to Cadbury but using (the hypothetical) 1452 might get you into the courts. But if you were a pissant company in Bolivia you might get away with it.
I think … maybe …
AC Cola was alrightI assume it'd have to be in relation to releasing a similar product using the colours - such as a chocolate with a purple wrapper or a cola drink with a red label - probably why that rancid drop LA Ice had to change its packaging.
AC Cola was alright
