I watch using Kayo, listen through the AFL app & pause whichever feed is in front. Literally takes a few seconds to set a match up. As Kayo's feed is usually around 20 seconds behind live, I've found it's only a few seconds out most of the time anyway unlike the ch7/foxtel feeds, but it can vary a bit depending on which device you use eg android app, browser, kodi. The Kodi app for Kayo is brilliant btw.
