I assume that's in response to me. So, as I said I don't blame his teammates, it's more on security and police. He was half way through his run up when people started to run out. So the status of the game was already compromised, whether he kicked it or missed. Someone, anyone should have been ready to respond to escort him off safely, not for the bloke to take 20 odd minutes to make his way through 1000's of fans to get to safety.

Sydney have a really nice list now. Even with Rampe, Parker, Lloyd, Kennedy, Buddy, Hickey and Cunningham all getting on a bit (although Lloyd and Cunningham are only 28, maybe a bit harsh) they have two key forwards to set their watch to in McDonald and McLean (who looks like he could turn into that 25-30 goal forward/ruck), the McCartin brothers look very solid in defence, plus a midfield of Warner, Florent, Mills, Rowbottom and Heeney to play the Martin/Stringer role, scary stuff. Wicks and Hayward look very lively too.

Swans are ****ing terrifying, been pretty evident for a while even when they bottomed out in 2020 which was quite clearly cue in rack stuff.

What I wouldn’t give for the Warner brothers and Rowbottom.

I'd be concerned if I was an Adelaide fan.

3 years into a rebuild and they have probably the most unappealing list in the AFL. Granted they've played in a grand final with an unconventionally built list but that was forced on them by the continued churn of good players.

They have very few players that genuinely look the part.

If anyone is going to pull off the retired champion retuning to run the whole program it will be Mitchell.

Hird was as smart but Essendon doesn't have the culture of innovation that has seen Hawthorn utterly dominate the last 50 or 60 years.

There is too much weight at Essendon. There isn't really any at Hawthorn where they just focus on being good and not being big.
