I don't look at Cox and say he's practicing what he's preaching there. I had the same issue with Dew - having a coach that is basically obese IMO is a terrible look. You're telling those players day in day out to put their health first and can't even maintain a healthy weight yourself.

The coaches I respected the most as a junior were the ones that ran the laps and did the push ups with you.
