I think Cox would be the most likely replacement, it's not like Longmire is going to step down at Sydney anytime soon, Cox isn't getting that job so he might as well go back home and coach his old club.

Probably not, it's going to be a long road back to finals contention for West Coast, whoever they choose to take over better have the mental fortitude (or not I'd happily see them stay at the bottom for years to come) to see it through.
Bizarre that they asked him to coach this week. Imagine if that happens and WC win. Unlikely, but it could still happen.

Great for Freo if WC lift in his last game and actually beat Brizzie.. gives us more breathing room and better chance for top 4.. worst scenario would be for him to be coaching against us in his last game and they play out of their skins to beat us
