I watched Ep 1 of GoT two weeks after it aired and was hooked from the first 5 minutes. If you haven't watched it forget the hype and bullshit and just give it a go. It really is exceptional television. It is starting to get a bit lame at times now because shit is getting rushed but it still holds up.

Started watching Quarry last night and am impressed. Will certainly continue.

Westworld is looking like being another beauty too.

Yet to get into Mr. Robot S2 but liked the first so will give it a crack.

And anyone who has never seen Deadwood, do yourself a ******* favour you ******* San Francisco Al Swearengen. Just brilliant and an absolute standard bearer for quality television.

I want to see deadwood!

+1, but replace T2 and Marvel (only seen Deadpool - f***ing hilarious) with:

ET
Titanic
Top Gun
Harry Potter
All the sh*t Star Wars movies between Return of the Jedi and the most recent one

Yep havent seen Harry Potter, Titanic and the other star wars after the phantom menace (will not look at the franchise again after that shit)

For some resson i quite like those weird early 2000s movies. Fairly slow but quite deep at the same time. Thinking "the good girl" and obviously "napoleon dynamite". Just really down-to-earth films

New Japandroids single. Finally.
Makes me very excited.

I for one share your zeal over new Japandroids material, compadre. Album out in January.

(Preview track already been youtubed by some industrious gr-type type, of course.)

One for the grumpy old's ( that's me ) Suzi Quattro, Andy Scott from The Sweet & Don Powell from Slade rocking the Arts Centre.

Dream line-up back in the '70's. For the uninitiated that is " a long time ago "

Ah......Festival Hall. Concert started, they closed the doors, lights went out, no food / drink stalls, no toilet l ever went too and you sweated it out until the 3rd encore finished and the lights came back on.

saw the metalcore Sydney band Buried in Verona last week for first time, only to learn it was their break-up tour ... The sound was awful but for those interested Youtube has some good songs up

Never a big Bruce fan Gaso but glad you rockin' out to see him x 2 :thumbsu:

Dreams comes true.

Waited for years to see him

2002 was meh.

But 2013 and 2014 were amazing concerts.

I figure he won't keep coming so **** it...don't smoke...barely drink/party...so these big event $ are worth it.

I use this argument soooooo much. Chuck in gambling as well. Justifies any cost.

....justified the Radelaide Trip. $500 burnt that weekend. Hi Uncle_Leo

Those dudes go back to the early 70's (they'd have been working in the late 60's).

Care to name some hitz and memories H?

I'm thinking of ballroom blitz, fox on the run, cum feel th' noiz, momma we're all crazy now, can the can, 48 crash for starters.

A few years ago for a joke I put ballroom blitz on my kids iPod. He liked it as it's sampled in intergalactic by the b.boys. then he played it through some bt stereo and told everybody its my favourite song ever, which it was when I was his age.

Two words about Brian Connelly... Don't ****ing do ****ing drugs. Ffs.
