I don't know if there's any avenue to do that outside the draft but if there's anyone from the vflw team who nominates and is still available at our third round pick, then we should definitely consider them.

The biggest challenge is that no talented player wants to sit on the sidelines playing no games of football for the next two years.

This. 24’ feels like retainment and then we go to market when we have some retirements, likely at the end of 2025

1982 Kangaroos (Rugby League) are also known as the Invincibles, after going through their tour of England and France undefeated.

I thought I saw can't lose roos somewhere. But might be worth letting the club to put it up at the rooshop.

The item is released but the club don’t promote it on the nmfc site . Should have been done on the Sunday along with the player top auctions. A lot of people wouldn’t even know it exists.

Liz McGrath will depart the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos after the club agreed to a trade with the West Coast Eagles on Friday.

McGrath heads west along with pick No.54 in the 2024 Telstra AFLW Draft as the Kangaroos receive pick No.42 in return.

Wright and Smith in the top 10 of the B&F, Liz McGrath and probably Lulu Pullar depart within days? Tough day to be nostrils

We can't upgrade anyone from our VFLW team, and any that nominate for the draft are fair game for all clubs, but there are about a half dozen or so players that could be good enough to be drafted.

The player I would like to see on our AFLW list is Nyakoat Dojiok, a tall marking forward who kicked 4 goals in the VFLW Grand Final and 32 goals for the season. She is only 21 and could be a good project player learning under Shierlaw and Randall while improving her skills and fitness.

Great call. She had an amazing year in the twos. I am surprised she wasn’t picked up as a supplementary player this year.
