I wouldn't be making many rotations. I'd be ok with 1 or 2 but definitely not more than that. We need to get as many players finals fit as possible.

There's a fine line between resting players for finals and making sure as many players are finals ready as possible.

Yeah I’d rest a couple - need to give some game time to a few just in case they’re needed in finals

It's hard to believe Shierlaw didn't make the Team of the Week, 18 disposals, 4 score involvements, 382 metres gained and 2 goals away to a fellow Premiership contender, where as another forward who also kicked 2 from only 11 possessions and played a team that may just sneak into the eight makes it in.

It’s baffling in one sense. However, it is a testament to the evenness of our team.

but, we as a club should take the approach of f*** you all we will win the whole thing without you.

The thing is because we're such a good team its easy for our players to play well but playing well in some of those other bad teams is more of a challenge.

To be fair Marinoff clearly deserved it and Ponter almost won them the game. The idiotic thing is only having one North player in there.

We have a host of “energiser bunnies” on the team - Bresnehan, Gatt, Tripodi, Mia, O’Shea, Smith, Wall, Ash, Bruton, Martin, Craven… We just completely blanket the opposition. Add to that Garner’s innate ability to conjure a goal out of nothing.

One of the commentators alluded to Pagan’s paddock during the game. Maybe, Crocker deserves more credit than we’ve tended to give him. He’d know the ins and outs of Pagan’s style.

Ash Riddell was statistically better than Jasmine Fleming and against a higher quality of opposition.

This is probably the best descriptor of the style with which we play.

On the weekend there was maybe 20 minutes of football that we were playing at that level.

From about half way through the second quarter. We were everywhere and had them completely rattled.

It was in this period we set up the win.

We had a call from the club today and they have given Mrs. KK the honor of giving the game ball to the umpires before this weeks game..
