G'day River Rat,Just want your thoughts on this seasons team...How would you rate it compared to previous 3 premiership sides.Is the depth there through the reserves... Cheers
The depth is there, we still have four or so senior premiership players playing in the reserves because they can’t break into the side and then you have guys like White, Murray, Hobbs, Zach Williams and co who would all be senior players at any other club. Obviously losing Mick Finn & De Angelis in the same year is a big blow; particularly Finn who has been the rock of our backline over the past couple of seasons. In terms of rating I still think this side can (and should) go all the way but it’s always hard to compare to previous premiership sides.

A king hit is when someone is not looking. I think you will find whoever did hit AM in fact hit him front on, man to man. As Jason Dean was found not guilty of this it is case closed.

ATTN:HEIDELBERG POSTERS: Is there any truth to the story that if heidelberg do not beat northcote park this week PHIL PLUNKET will be shown the door? have heard this first hand from former club legend, phil has been out of sorts with the commitee and supporters for some time now and has been given an Ultimatum.

would love to know the source of this rumour Peter Piper...1 loss in 3 seasons and that was down to the players not performing not the coach, he has a better record than Geelong do, should Bomber Thompson now be looking back over his shoulder???
gawd well enuff of this crap. we have been putting up with rubbish all week.well done lalor last saturday they took it right up to us.great lot of determined kids who just ran out of legs and wind.the big game this week , the mighty tiges and the come back kids from northcote. as has been the case this year we start as underdogs again with our opposition very confident.we hope for a close game .so come one come all this saturday to the tiger den.i heard it was PHIL MATTRESS HEAD WHITE THEY WERE GOING TO THROW out if he doesnt sell a hundred tickets in the total score this week. see you all there saturday,

A magician never reveals his secrects but it is someone who is heavly involved in the club on matchdays and also works behind the scenes. All is not well at the den they might be getting the results on the field but the club is more turmoil with the coach then RICHMOND is.

Anybody from Bundoora confirm that Grossman snapped his achilles last week and has decided to call it quits due to the length of recovery. I bet a few forwards in the comp may sleep a little easier before they come up against the bunnies without him in the back half directing traffic.If this is true i wish him all the best as he's been a great player for Bundoora over the years.
Can confirm he had surgery on Tuesday and is out for twelve months. A great shame as he is not only one of the best players in this competition but also a thorough gentleman.

hes the best player in the competition and any side would have his courage and leadership anyday of the week. and he never ducked his head, he snapped his achillies and went down. theres nothin to be afraid of coming out of eltham.

People like you would not tie up grossmans bootlaces. For you to bag him about courage is laughable. For you to get on a forum like this to bag him is even funnier. You wouldnt have the plums to say it to his or anyone elses face for that matter. Average 2s players shouldnt be commenting about Div 1 players - especially good ones like grossman. Just another kid from eltham who thinks he's better than he actually is. Maybe just worry about football for a change, it might help you get off the bottom of the ladder.

Heard justin Murphy on sen tonight talking local footy. He said Corey Mckernan will be playing from rd 9? Is this true? Are the bergers getting a little concerned about the likes of Northcote? Will be a huge get if he does play
