i am very worried by the ambiance being shown on here.after reading K A 'S WAFFLE about everyone wanting to be a panther. get real. i think you have been mixing the plenty river water in ya drinks.the real finals start this week. the wet weather will suit west and we are sure to start undertigers.great to see our seconds in there also against an all conquering gunnadoora squad.we can only hope for a close game there.anyone interested get your info on www.heidelbergfc.com.au for it all.get along all for a great sunday of football and watch the peoples team .lets hope our home grown team can overcome the west foreign legion.

Gee thanks snakebite, what a wrap, went to the site to get updated on the peoples club but really couldn't find much on the future coming through, try as I might maybe the www wasn't loading well. I am sure a Club like that would have a strong U19 program, I may visit the site again and see if the webmaster has updated for all us wondering, the people are worried....what will happen to the peoples Club if they run out of local people......oh wait.
Underdogs.......you would have to be, what with losing all these games all year (and previous ones), what in hell would make you think anyone actually gave you a chance this week, wow. I hear sportsbet has actually stopped taking bets the line was so far out. I would be amazed if West have not planned their B&F the night before they are probably taking it so easy....
Why do most people have a great amount of fun on here but some always proves brothers and sisters should not mate?

If any player is worrying about payments for 2011 on 31 Aug 2010, I would be stunned.
Should be still on the piss worrying about the contemplation of pre-season and tips for the spring carnival than things that can be worried about in many months time.
Sounds like a really dumb rumour to me.
Oh and hopefully the club is not being tite, I like tites. Being TIGHT is a totally other problem.....

Missing from there round 18 team were Finn, Anderson and Murphy..... Hard to fit 25 into 22......
But then again still a bit of time before the game..... lol..... Every chance a couple might pull out by Sunday...

Macleod should be congratulated on their first season back in Division 1 and with their wealth of young talent they, along with Eltham, are going to change the landscape of Division 1 in the seasons to come.
Now I've heard it all .........ALL players get renumerated accordingly to market value down at the Pouch and there may be a little left in the bank
for an post season recruitment.
Looking for a couple of 6 foot 8 inch gorilla's who will play for peanuts !

heard that murphy was training last night at heidelberg can anyone confirm this?
Im pretty sure he took the year off to finish final year at uni.
rumour has it he was only given a 1 week ban from the club. Will play in 2s tomorrow. Is this a sign that Heid are not that confident??? Need a person who has disrupted the club to play because they have doubts they can win it without him??? Weak!!!! Thought they were a strong club and had made the right decision a week or so ago. Would love to see them get knocked over now....... maybe the NFL need to implement a similar policy to the AFL!!!!

We have been warned before about falling into you but I will set the record straight given I was at the so-called meeting. The coach and chairman of selectors called together every player who played in the seniors 2010 and they were each given a review of their season (rated 1-5 in certain areas). This was done after the last H&A game while the club was still operating as the under 19s are in finals. This is standard work practice but something Macleod has never done before but shows the growing professionalism of the place. Those out of contract will be assessed on their review (again standard work practice) and paid accordingly. Now please disappear or go and annoy another club.

Hey cobber the bloke was never 'sacked' nor was he stood down by the club. If anything we fully supported him during his off-field issues and accepted his decision that football was not his biggest priority at the moment. Now that he has gained back a little bit of stability in his life he wants to regain his spot in the side and finish his career at Heidelberg on a high.
