Depends on whether the judge lets him play pending the hearing outcome or lets the govt detain him pending outcome. Itd be ironic if hes in hotel detention on monday while the open is being played.
He will be watching om one of these by the look of that hotel.

Is it legal to deport him for sh*t he's done overseas, or does it need to be confined to his time in Aus, where I imagine he'd have a pretty unblemished record?
Possibly not specifically, but no doubt it can add to the case for why it's in the public interest to deport. Actions, mindset, predilections displayed elsewhere can be aggregated to build on the case against.

Like the mindset of attending a photoshoot knowing you’re (ahem) positive. Who’s to say he wouldn’t do such a reckless and irresponsible thing here?

His bullshits coming back to bite him.

Well I imagine his lawyers would just point out that he has antibodies in his system now so he can't repeat that behaviour even if he tried

He turned up claiming to have Federal Government approval … emails approving his visa, and medical exemption from having to be vaccinated. He counted on that assurance to get him waved through. Most people don’t blatantly lie to uniformed officials.

It was only when they offered him the opportunity to retrieve them, indeed print them out, that he invoked the ‘oops, sorry my mistake I’ve ticked the wrong box by accident’ and it become: “Alright. Ok. So, no, we did not get any emails from the federal government.”

About the only aspect he didn’t lie about was TA saying it was all okay.

Highly doubtful he tested positive to a PCR test on Dec 16.

He purportedly tested positive to the SARS virus. Zero symptoms of having contracted the Covid-19 disease. Did you see a man showing symptoms of having the Covid disease during his time playing with the kids, the interview, photo shoot or rigorous training sessions in Spain?

Not isolating is consistent with not testing positive to the virus - that PCR document was merely the means by which TA was going to get him into the AO.

But he tried. Who’s to say he wouldn’t be so reckless with regards to public health in other areas. Clearly a cavalier disregard to the wellbeing of those around him. * A threat.

*not really because we know he never had covid. That’s what makes this so funny.

Feeling for Judge Kelly

Probably wanted to relax tonight with a Mornington pinot and perhaps take in some early episodes of Brideshead Revisited
Can't wait for them to explain timestamps and QR codes to him..

Thats all very well and good but none of that has any relevance to the court. They are purely ruling on whether there are legal grounds to deport him or not.

Which of course there is. You try this Bullshit in the US With Homeland Security, lying on your paperwork then the next practice court you will be on is the dirt one in Guantanamo Bay. Needs to be p155ed off out of the country asap.

Had my time at a catholic school, and if it’s a Kelly more likely the Cranbourne races than Brideshead. Solid call on the Pinot though.
