Still getting my head around this "aussie rules" thing, but from everything I've heard (primarily from their vocal supporters) Essendon and Collingwood are supposed to be powerhouse clubs?

You know, heaps of members, lots of money for exotic sports science programs etc.

My boys Goodesy and the others just walked over them: 47 points and 44 points respectively - and we don't even have Barry Hall for another 3 rounds!

So educate me Bay 13 - are these two teams really any good? Is there anything else I should know going into the rest of the season?

Hall or do you mean Dimwitrious gift to you Tippetty

You guys outplayed us tonight. To think that you still have Tippet to come in must be reassuring. COLA at work I guess, ensuring a level playing field. Congrats.

Says the one bold enough to take a bet against Geelong. You must have really rated your bombers then hey? Top 2 side were you thinking?

I still think we're top 4 potential. It's us or Fremantle. Depends if we can sort our forward line issues out or not.

You must really be rating your Swans now. How confidant are you feeling? :thumbsu:

So you thought you'd just get lucky on the night?

I thought we could win that game. Nothing to do with luck. You're a bit all or nothing aren't you. Win once = best in the competition. A strange mode of thinking.

Does this mean you think Geelong are the best team in the competition? Do you think Sydney can beat them? Make a statement son, show some guts. :thumbsu:

I believe it is you that is not showing guts.

- You don't think your team is the best in the competition
- You thought you would beat the best in the competition
- You didn't think beating them would have anything to do with luck

Your last 3 posts have been self contradictory nonsense.

I do not think any team is the best in the competition. That cannot be decided until the Grand Final. Anything before that is conjecture at best.

I think Geelong is a very very good team with the chance to become the best in the competition.

I think Essendon is a very very good team who can beat Geelong. I still think that, even after they defeated us once this year. I do not think luck decides football games very often.

You refuse to say anything about what you think of Sydney's chances beating Geelong because you lack courage. :thumbsu:

Like the Little Engine That Could - "I think I can I think I can".

Champ remind me how did that Round 4 - April 19 Home Game for Sydney against Geelong work out?

Here are some clues....

G*****g 19 Goals 10 Behinds Total 124 (29 scoring shots)
S****y 16 Goals 7 Behinds Total 103 (23 scoring shots)

Funny thing is you are comparing actual teams against your own AFL backed team with an expanded salary cap. At least my team only took illegal drugs wheras yours is just blatant about cheating. For shame!!!!
