i was discussing with darcy not long ago and although he was very tight lipped i managed 2 get some word out of him 4 his senior propositions this year...by the tone of his voice i culd see that he was quietly confident in getting a game.
a young kid who is very reserved and does not speak out much but culd hav a big impact on the senior competition if he reamins fit and healthy and is selected in coming weeks.

lewis Bolton debuts this week in senior football as a bottom age thirds player.
Dylan Cartright played rd 1 and was named in the best.
There is appox 5-6 other kids who will get a chance over the next few weeks on a rotation policy.

Chris Dixon- 1st game for year. Last years thirds B&F
Tyson Bush- 1st game of the year.

Other players getting close to a call up Sam Morelli, Ben Channing, Dale Pendergast and current Port Melbourne player Dylan McLaren has signed onto play when not at Port Melbourne 2-3 games for the year. Wants to play with his brother who is the reserves coach.

These players that are in did any of them play in the ressies last weekend? i caught most of that before watching the senior game and thought number 7,12, and the big full back were the best and maybe push for selection. sorry i dont the names. but i think full back might have been smitty or something.

Smithy did play full back and played well and will play senior football this week. match comitee need to have another look at him but he is very much in contention sooner than laster. Named as an emergency this week. Tyson Bush is number 2 from the ressies and Chris Dixon didn't play but comes straight in. Lewis bolton was in the best in the thirds.

how about you give us 5 predictions for this weekend that doesn't include the winners of the games. Who's hot?, who will kick the goals?, injuries? You have to contribute me boy instead of coming in on everyone elses coat tails.

Here i will give you something -
1- Simpson will have a quiet game vs heyfield as camm will give him the glove treatment.
2- Dominelle (what ever the gormys bloke name is) will get 3 brownlow votes.
3- A.Gieshen will kick 3-4 goals this weekend.
4- Josh king will finally play forward and kick 8
5- There will be a fight in the crowd at the Rosedale / TTu game aas the game will be close and full of spectaters who really live for the ANZAC day grog!

sale will beat leongatha by 5 goals. I picked them last rd.
i got odds of $5.60 for Maffra to win the flag had 20 on it and got Sale @ $18 had 25 on it. You can place these bets with sports bet!

if i remember correctly glengarry hav a very tough in and under team? if this is the case it will b very interesting to see if they can run with the very quick heyfield side, or if the roo boys can match it in toughness with the pies. jordy mcdonalds inclusion shuld help with that.

Change the draw around and imagine if Stratord played Gormandale first up and then Glengarry 3rd up.

Hypothetically, IF Stratford beat Gormandale and then I lined glengarry at odds of 1.70 - 1.90 for the win over stratty would you be seeing Mr Ivey at the Comm bank?
