NXT are implementing new 60 day tryouts and 6 month contracts for talent that comes in where they get a certain period of time to show where they're at and if they don't show any improvements or development in that period they get cut.

With NXT? Hell yeah, it's the only wrestling show I can consistently tolerate right now. RAW and SD both suck ass.

Absolutely, you won't hear any disagreement from me there. Although that's pretty much what they do already, creative team always has huge turnover.let's hold creative to the same standard
Think they really NeEd to get rid of their “Yes Mr MacMahon” stable. Kevin, Bruce and Johnny. Maybe then they can find a champion that doesn’t talk about moving needles, but actually moves needles.
