My R3 is a bit up in the air atm.
So many options. Meek/Hunter and Flynn the options. Every chance Flynn still makes round 1 I think (not even on the injury list anymore), but even if he doesnt he'll probably be the best of the three and cant be far off?

How on earth can we rank them?

I'm probably

1) Flynn
2) Meek
3) Hunter

If Flynn isnt named then Hunter comes in instead.

Can the utility be used as an emg?

Say i have Flynn r3 (no emg on him) and he doesn't play and i had the emg on Meek who was in the utility would he then be considered the ruck cover if my r1 or r2 are a late out?

Quick answer, yes.

If you have a DPP as utility, you will need to select which position they are emergency for.

I thought that too re: Max, but I also looked at the community series CBA's, and it was not pretty reading when it came to just how many Jackson attended. With no tall options outside of a useless Tom McDonald (who may have to play back if May doesn't get cleared) Max was playing forward...a lot.

I'm gonna put together something later using the actual useful data from the traders and cba attendances vs TOG vs fantasy score. Some very surprising things stood out to me, which I'll relay later!

Max or no Max is such a tough call!!
And on top of that, his role for rd1 can make or break Meek's score!!

If he is smashing Meek but they are getting killed in defense, does he go down back and if so does he still score OK there?
I would think Max stays in the ruck for most of the game with McDonald down back if needed and Jackson fwd most of the time, but who knows!!

I currently have Nank and Meek/FLynn and R2/3 depending on who gets named as going this way means I can have MaCrae at M2!!

Atkins/Daniher - 75.
Less JS but Gawn could go huge

Nank - 80
MaCrae - 120
More JS but crazy Bevo factor

If bucks decides to play grundy, cox and cameron (which it looks like he's going to) max is a lot safer. Think grundy could struggle to average 105+ this year with cameron getting more responsibility.

He played very well on the P/S game and if it wasn't for JS issues he would be my M5.
Mind you I currently have Clark at M5 and his JS is not much better!!

He’s in my team atm - currently M6. I’ve gone long in the mids ‘cause the only season I did well at this stoopid bloody game I started with a deep midfield. If he doesn’t get named or he’s dropped early I’ll cut him for a rook and upgrade one of my (no doubt) misfiring midpricers.

But IF Tyson is named.. he might be a goer instead of Rowell?

Given the cheaper price point he could close the gap to Rowell. If Rowell starts slow due to his shoulder or they manage his minutes it'll close that gap even further.

We couldn't really pick Tyson could we? We are really entering the wacky part of team selection here.
