Jeez some of you people are harsh!
Feuds such as this happen in pretty much everyone's life. There is always someone not talking to someone for some ridiculous reason blown out of proportion. It generally comes out at weddings and wakes where there is alcohol aplenty.
However, having said that... it is ridiculous for these ADULT women to be perpetuating it. Just because one likes Kym and the other likes Bec, doesn't mean they can't be mature and keep that side apart from the other. They seriously need to grow up (not unlike SOME in here who have made some fairly harsh and immature comments about Mrs McLeod - Andrew loves her, and his wife is HIS choice not yours!).

If this story is kosher then it does nothing but show our club in a bad light.

Very sad to even be fighting over Hewitt, get over it for christs sake, Rachael Mcleod ****s me no end, only two years ago she was slamming Andrew in the papers now she is causing **** fights with other players over something that is just stupid, I think Rachael is the main blame in this whole arguement, Mcleod had traded the clapped out kombi a couple of years ago and traded up to that slick ferrari model a couple of years back, dont know why he went back to the kombi

Always has been and always will be. I think Edwards wife just doesn't have a lot of time for the token footballers wife, sure she is married to a footballer but very different to a number of them that are only married to them husband because of who they are. Macca's missus like to be in the spotlight and have everyone know who she is. She needs to be pulled into line.

No. This issue isn't new. It has been ongoing for at least a season and a half. Both players have performed to a very high level during that time. It's something the club is going to have to live.
The sad thing is these two players were closest of friends for much of their careers.

I really dont get it. I mean its not that hard to be polite to each other, and show some dignity out in public. They, like their husbands, are have a responsibility while out in public to behave in an orderly manner, and not carry on like spoilt brats. I dont really think the club can too much about them, but you would think one of their friends or relatives would make them aware of the damage they are doing. Lets hope it sorts itself out. As for the media, I do wonder why we only hear bad publicity about the Crows and good about the Power. Its so damn obvious. But dont read the paper much these days and avoid the sports section like the plague. Its amazing how the written media can brainwash the public.

If it is a real problem for the club, maybe Triggy or someone senior might like to suggest counselling or a mediated meeting between the two ladies. Should be able to resolve a minor problem like this. They could simply ignore each other at club functions.
The thought that they should be banned from functions is probably not a good one. Think of the position that would put the two blokes in: "I'm just off to the club function, dear. See you when I get home." Yeah, right!

They both need to pull their heads in.
Lleyton/Bec/Kim is just not worth fighting over, especially with how long they would have been friends before all of this. We don't all know the full story, but with the fact that their is a feud going in at the club between them, and their wives can't keep their traps shut at a function shows that something needs to be done.

This supposedly isn't the first time this has happened it has also been reported that the women exchanged words at Ben Hart's Testimonial Dinner
Many people seem to me on Mandy's side and are accusing Rachael of causing the fights but remember it does take two to tango

Rachael McLeod, wife of Andrew, and Mandy Edwards, wife of Tyson, were involved in a confrontation at the Swish Bar on Friday night after the Crows Club Champion dinner.
Yesterday Rachael told The Advertiser her main concern is her husband.
"I have to worry about Andrew first," she said. "We've spoken to the club (about the incident) and that's all I'm doing for now."
Rachael said she did not wish to comment on the details of the evening.
The two women were seen yelling in the front bar, before a drink was thrown.
