I think alot of teams have injuries to key players I know richmond had 6 of the best 22 out and oha also had key players out. Uni also had injuries v richmond the week before so maybe its all about being able to getting best and most competitive 22 on the paddock and the depth of each club is important

Talking to a senior Dosa Player Today. He mentioned that Dosa has sighned Justin Obrien (from Lindisfarne)pretty handy player. He also hinted that a player from North Hobart (wouldn't say who) could be a chance of joining the Roosters.Any one heard anything about this?

Well the Hutchins Vs uni games were beauties with hutchins taking out both levels with great wins.

firstly what has happened to Mr Riesely? He was in alright shape last year, do his ambitions lead him towards trying to be more like his role-model pantry?

Boon back on the track for Hutchins, was a bit quiet but had a few good bursts putting unis biggest bloke on his behind.

It was good to see a bit of biff back in the league towards the end of the seniors game when a dirty dirty #23 for uni decided to blindly coat hanger the hutchins ruckman who coincidentally had murdered him all day. He will be in trouble at the tribunal this week. Hopefully gets atleast 3 weeks but deserves more. Also i see Big Biceps wilson got a hit. Probably by one of his own team mates trying to deflate his arrogance

Once again we see Richmond trying to cheat there way into a flag by putting on 19 players yet again. Surely three strikes and their out... strip them of all their points i reckon, teach them a lesson good and proper.

Can confirm DOSA have signed J. O'Brien. Very handy player if he can stay injury free

Tips for this week??

I'm picking a cracking game at Queenborough. Sainters have Brad Hastie and Matt Cracknell playing their 200th game and this should be enough to spur them on in a close one.

Uni should get over DOSA in another pretty close game at North Hobart.

Richmond will give Channel a hiding.

Watched a cracker yesterday at the gound that matters come September. DOSA should have beaten Uni by a point as the umpire gave a goal which was a point in the third term. Uni won by 4 points. Gilmour well held after quarter time by fielding who was best for DOSA. Lots of good players missing for both sides. Interesting season and any team bar Channel can win it on their day.

Very ordinary crowd, but better facilities for DOSA than at Cadbury's.:thumbsu:

Massive pick up by the Dosa lads, O'brien will dominate at this level.

Can anyone confirm if Michael Robinson has learned to take a catch over his head yet ?? Or is he still taking those putrid chest marks that he loves ?? :D

Did watch him play in the twos on sat. looked very unfit as the uni players ran off him all day?

I can confirm this player was Luke Curtain, Training a couple nights the other week with DOSA, not sure what he is going to do? - maybe sick of playing in the twos in the TSL?

Marcus Parker back with the Saints.

Ben Curly trained with Richmond and Dosa last week.

Richmond picking up Allen Haw last week.

Still a bit going on in the Old Scholars.

Well we know who would win in a cheque book war between Richmond and Dosa.

I have a few questions about Hutchins:
How is the big "Q" Archer going? What about Jack "P0rno" Boon? Dougy Rossiter (What a great man)? The uni cricket boys in Matty Lister and Scoot Scoot Nichols???

J O Brien very handy player, get him fit and over his injuries and he will find the footy 20 + times a day and always good for 2 or 3 goals a week

Anybody keen to list there BEST old scholars rep side from this years comp??? Id be interested to see how they would line up against the sfl's best. Any thoughts on how the side would go? Surely the old scholars has bridged the gap between the 2 comps?:thumbsu:

Post Batchelor Beileski
Burgess Bouman Gilmour
James Collis Lietch
Jury Harvey Barwin
reeve Burdon Reeves

Dickson Harris Britton

Daft Maguire penwright wiggins

May have missed a couple, but i'm happy to get the ball rolling .

Blokes like Lorkin,Beams have missed a bit of footy But if fit would probably be in.

I went for two ruckman which probably isnt really needed.

Ok bring on the abuse:)
