Their only travellers from Melbourne I know of are Casey, Morley, L.Howe & Lewis-Smith.

Trust me Yarrawonga will be fine in 2025. Will lose a couple including the coach and as always there is some movement across the lake and into clubs in Southern NSW.
As for the coach he has done a good job with a premiership and runner up, most of us who have coached would be happy with that result. I think he had a couple of challenges during his tenure and underestimated the standard of football but I can assure you players enjoyed being led by him. Steve also needed to adapt to training standards and expectations associated with community football including not being mates with everyone and that took some time and rubbed some up the wrong way.
Yarrawonga are well advanced with planning for 2025 and as for future of Steve he is likely to be coaching in the Geelong Football League if he wants the opportunity that has been presented to him. Many clubs would like him to be their coach but the remuneration being bandied around is a deterrent.
Congratulations to Rovers too, great win.

What? The coach not living locally? What's the point of it all then? 52 years of age. Sorry - over the hill. Personally, I would not employ a coach older than 45.
He is, I'm not sure if he takes the Melbourne boys on a Tuesday night, and come up Thursday. I'm pretty sure there was a good support network in place. New coach and non playing to make connections with players you have to live locally
Research suggests otherwise. The best EPL and NFL Coaches are well into their 60's. Craig Bellamy and Wayne Bennett are in their 60's and 70's respectfully. Chris Fagan is 63! Andy Collins is 60.

When they moved on the Football director I was happy to buy a membership. Word is Stoney is stepping down after a fair stint, which should see an influx back also.
Luke's still ridiculously busy with his growing business which was the reason he stepped back at North, think he's happy watching his daughters playing netty on your side of the lane mate. That said he still wanders on our side for the occasional frothie, but Heatley would be mad not to inquire what he's up to on Tuesday nights..
Can only be a good thing to get some fresh eyes and perspective in around the place. Pieces are there and the depth is still obviously strong with both Wang 3rds and reserves playing off in the big dance. Two strong Wang clubs is brilliant for the league and made for some great spectacles this year. For the last 25 odd years it’s generally been one up and one down which has taken a bit of the sting out of it.
Hearing whispers that Cooper might be committed full time at the nest next year too. Let the silly season begin

The South Cairns Australian Football Club would like to inform all our members and supporters of our men's senior coaching change for 2025 onward.
It is with great sadness that our 2024 premiership coach Daryn Cresswell will departing after 1 year at the helm. As a coach he has bought a whole new level of professionalism and playing standards to the club.
His meticulous preparation, his ability to see the game at a different level, and the amount of work he does on individual teams is second to none.
Unfortunately work commitments, with his business down in Albury, the family have made the decision to move south.
Daryn’s work and coaching will go down in folklore at the Cutters and he and his family will be lifelong members of the Cutter Family.
Daryn has also assisted us moving forward and has been instrumental in helping appoint a new coach, which the club thanks him for.
Daryn will be missed, so make sure you get the opportunity to say thank you, when you can.
We wish Daryn, Joanne, Jaidyn, and Josh all the best with the move back South.
With the sadness comes some excitement.
We would like to welcome Andrew Boston as our senior coach for 2025/26
Andrew has an outstanding history as a player, and he has recently been involved with the Southport Sharks in the VFL.
Andrew played AFL for the Gold Coast Suns between 2013-2015 before retiring at an early age, he then headed to Southport to play in the VFL, during that time he built an outstanding record.

2019 Best Finals Player
2016 and 2019 NEAFL Team Of the Year
2017 NEAFL Rep Team
Andrew is a born and bred Queenslander and has been involved at Broadbeach and Labrador football clubs in the QAFL.
We are excited to have Andrew onboard for the next few years as our senior coach.
Andrew and Daryn have been working together to make the transition as easy as possible.
The Club would like to welcome Andrew, his wife Sammy, daughter Ellora and new son Rocky to the club, and becoming the newest members of the Cutters family.
We look forward to another big year in 2025.
