2) Keep the game as it was this year. (Much to channel 7's disgust)

BUT......The AFL administration are a bunch of sneaky campaigners who have already hijacked the game and thought right... let's do it this way.

Option 1) 6,6,6 for centre bounces.
Option 2) Ridiculous 18m runway square that looks shit.

Footy public gratefully eat up option 1...which was the hidden agenda all along. AFL pander to channel 7 boss, whilst keeping the footy public content.

You realise that Dusty's goal last week will be coached out of the game?...

This is basically what I'm against, the coaching attitudes and positions towards play styles that will change to suit the potential rule change. The thing itself may mean that these bombs out over centre will mean CHF's have to have even more importance and there'll be more room in the forward 50 for re-entries.

Still, since it's a fairly major shake-up, it probably won't happen without extensive testing.

Nah it's actually going to be 3 quadrilaterals. One for the kickout, one for the set shots but don't forget the micro-square they will bring in for rushed behinds.
