Carlton are a perfect example of how footy can turn really quickly … have a look at the absolute spuds in the team that has just beaten GWS :

Just a heap of role players … but most of them are now into their 3rd, 4th+ season with 20, 30 or 50 games under their belts with ability to gut run out games.

When those players above were under 15-games they were completely out of their depth… but a few seasons in and they are valuable pieces of their puzzle.

In other words … whilst our youngsters have under 20 games we will really struggle if we sre forced to play too many … but the quicker we can get them to 25+ and 50+ games the better we will be.
