What a load of bollocks. If you are the best team you will win it. If you are going to have a final 8 you need a system that gives every finalist some sort of realistic chance of winning it if they are the best team in the finals series. But also you want a system that allows for teams to be at their best in the biggest games. Otherwise just have a final 4.

2022 …. Cameron only 20-days into a hamstring that he has done multiple times. Sounds like he is going to play week one of finals.

The Cats have been extraordinarily measured all season with taking no risks on any players. But they look likely to roll the dice on their best player at the most important time of year against all logic.

I’d be holding him back even if he appears 100% fit. They should beat the Pies without him. But I don’t think they can win a PF / GF without him, which is what will happen if he re-injures his string this weekend.

Will the Cats be measured, or will they be desperate …..

Yep basically, it’s only early in the week, but right now I’m feeling pretty chill about this finals series. If we win, awesome, but if we don’t…well we all knew it was basically a rebuilding year anyway. Despite the fact no one actually confirmed that.

Listened to the AFL,com podcasts on Tom Stewart today . They spoke in length of his vicious assault on Prestia . He spoke fir at least three minutes on how it affected him , how devastated he was to be seen “ as that type of player “ and how he “ had to own his actions “. Not a single word on how it affected Prestia or the stress it caused Prestia family . A pathetic effort by Stewart and the AFL & an ill advised interview . Another propaganda exercise by Hocking et al aided and abetted by his mates at HQ.

Pitiful club , pathetic people .
