Clubs should just ask for say at least 5 volunteers before every game who would be up for media duties and that’s who the media have to work with post game

At the end of the day they are footballers not media personalities. Dunno how they can force a player to do a 20min interview. 20mins is a long time especially for someone who is not comfortable being interviewed.
