I feel like there's a post missing that I really want to see.I haven't been on a lot in the last 24 hours. The only post I came across that was really tasteless was from a Suns supporter and it was removed. I'm told a couple of our posters had posts removed as well. We had some reported posts that were allegedly defamatory but didn't fit my idea of defamation and posters are responsible for anything defamatory they do post. It is not up to mods to make legal judgements. We generally only remove such posts if they threaten to derail the thread.
If there are racist posts, or obvious bigotry, death threats, injury trolling and so forth ....poster beware.
Signed your ever loving piss weak mods.
It was in poor taste and didn't belong on our board.I feel like there's a post missing that I really want to see.
Can I be mod for a day?

For the record I prefer Sheed over Merrett going forward, and I would hazard a guess that most West Coast fans on here would concur.

Hopefully we can build towards some better performances from that. Nice to grind out a win and a few players had decent moments.
Carlton have a really strong system but collectively are the least talented AFL team I've ever seen take the field. I'd be disappointed if any of the following players got a game in our reserves: Kerridge, Graham, Jones, White, Thomas, Wright, Cuningham, Silvagni, Plowman, Fisher, Sheahan, Sumner.
Really highlights the calibre of people over there.
Seen a few gems this one is good because apparently a home ground advantage doesn't include a sun, which only effects one team and not the other...
"Not excusing the loss at all
But the club better get onto the AFL about the roof. If the roof is open it takes away our home ground advantage where we want to move the ball fast.
If the sun is getting in your eyes it's makes it hard to move the ball and see players u the field."
I'm actually finding the RS denial on the main board quite entertaining.
I love seeing Carlton fans get bent out of shape when forced to accept that there are other clubs in the league besides them.
Still a very reasonable team. Vince and Lewis will appreciate the eight-day break, need JKH and Hunt pace through the middle.
Wish Bugg had saved that hit for Cripps this week...
Absolute scum bag dees supporter :
I also think the Carlton bloke deserved it (in context) as he was cheating blatantly and getting away with it. If the umpire allows Houli to be held by the jumper illegally every time he goes near the ball and bumped and shoved when he's not near the ball - I don't blame Houli for taking it into his own hands.
I can't believe I just read this on the MB.
Is this guy for real (talking about Lamb).
O. M. G!
Aph this particular thread on the MB, the OP is disgusting, why is it allowed. I know free speech and all but he's condoning punching people in the head. I've seen far more relevant and interesting threads on the main board get deleted for far less. This one has me confused, and pretty appalled. Although the majority in the thread seem to have their heads on straight.I can't believe I just read this on the MB.

So by this neanderthal logic pretty much every player who gets scragged off the ball is ok to punch someone in the head.I can't believe I just read this on the MB.

The club should seriously consider applying for a priority pick in 2017.
The current list depth has been severely affected by staying consistently competitive thus never netting high end draft talent and has also been compromised by attempting to rebuild a list during the onboarding of the expansion clubs.
The club has netted no consistent benefit from the father-son rule in terms of a volume of exclusively accessed talented recruits.
What the club has shown is stability in management and a commitment to the cause of 'resetting' in seeing off veteran players after a 3rd failed assault on reaching the top 4. This year the club has made a serious attempt at being competitive only to be frustrated by several close losses and a rapidly degenerating injury list.
Having never received a previous priority pick, getting one granted now would be a partial offset of the inequity of never receiving any AFL's on-field special assistance in the past.
Thoughts?
