You'd think the reigning premiers wouldn't be such paranoid and insecure obsessives.

Good game Cats. I dont know how anybody can criticize Geelong after the last 2 games. I am still somewhat of newbie at the sport. I can say quite honestly that I dont like Geelong's style of play, but it is so effective. It beats Melbourne's style of play. Good luck to Geelong, premiership favorites.“All other clubs dream of the treatment Hawkins gets, getting away with murder.”
God Hawk fans are as thick as pig sh*t.
Speaking of, couch potato is one unhinged woman.
I haven't liked our style of play at all during certain periods but what's not to like about last night?Good game Cats. I dont know how anybody can criticize Geelong after the last 2 games. A big forward dominating one on one. That's as good as it gets.
A geelong supporter would have to love it. One forward dominating is a rare thing these days. I remember watching old games while bored and no sports in March through May. Back in the 80s and 90s, one forward dominated all the time(Ablett,Lloyd,Lockett). The games are low scoring lately even when taking into account the shorter quarters. What are your opinions about this and if it was a better sport in the 80s and 90s?
"Jumper punches were told if they do it they will get a week after a spate of them. Since then, no jumper punches. Hawkins jumper punched, simple as that."
Holy fu** that supporter is delusional, pretty sure Dusty jumper punched just last week.
Hawk or Tiger supporter?
If only that was trueThere are no Hawks left on BigFooty
Have they also pulled out the, "they're lucky they get to play on smaller grounds similar to GMHBA rather than at the MCG"..."It would be pretty funny if Geelong were to miss the top 4 this year despite dominating during the season.
The only reason they sit at the top is because of the easy fixture handed to them by that clown Steve Hocking."
Hawk fans ladies and germs. Playing all teams once is the same draw as everyone else
On the flip side we don't have to play Geelong so I guess our draw is weaker than the rest
Always.Have they also pulled out the, "they're lucky they get to play on smaller grounds similar to GMHBA rather than at the MCG"...
Honestly I think as a percentage the hawks fans are among the better ones.
They have a few squeaky wheels on this forum who clearly have a massive hatred for us - Xtreme and a few others (although even his seems a bit tongue in cheek these days) but by and large I think they have grudging respect for the fact that our ‘up’ period has entirely outlasted theirs and that for so long no matter what they were achieving we were one side that consistently took it up to them.
I respect the hawks as a team and club massively especially compared to some of the more recent teams to be at the pointy end of the comp.

Actually makes a good pointAnd this:
“We all know Lachie Neale will win the Brownlow, but who will take out the AFLPA MVP?
My nomination is the Tomahawk.
Will win the Coleman with a leg in the air and also has the most goal assists.
He's been more 'valuable' than Neale for mine - what is more valuable than impacting the scoreboard?”
