Although I'm generally opposed to the harpooning of whales, Oprah is one pile of blubber who would be a hell of a lot better off with a 5 foot, razor sharp spear jammed somewhere between all those folds.- she's a ******ed posterchild for everything which is shallow, arrogant. self righteous and stupid about modern day America.

Interestingly enough, most yanks I've spoken to cringe at the very sight of her.

Indeed. My wife finds her just as shallow as you do, and she's a good yank. She's one of the most supercilious people you could ever meet, and how she has risen to such 'power' will eternally baffle me.

Hasn't she been to Paris before?

I got told no from a store in Paris, when the previous day I brought stuff there. Paris is Paris same goes for a lot of other places in Europe you turn up in business hours or else they tell you no. Surprised they said sorry they probably do a bit of business in USA I think maybe the apology might have been under bated breath. Maybe sorry your a punk ass _______ from America who thinks the world should bow down to you. How about next time you stupid idiot, check the opening times on the door there even in English for idiots like yourself to understand. I dont think Hermes will give a sh*t but an apology is probably fine as it's brought them some free publicity.

Whatever store it was that turned her away is in a whole pile of ********.Millions of cashed up women are gonna be avoiding the store like the plague once Oprah tells everyone about it on the show , and i suspect they will get many hate letters etc.

Yeah, as I said, for some reason which totally escapes me, millions of American women think of her as some sort of god and would do absolutely whatever she tells them to.
