A tall is what he though it not does matter what position he is playing because he dislikes contact and that is an exact description of Kelly, so really you are splitting hairs about Kelly and MaMahon.
I think Kelly is the bigger of the 2 anyway and he dislikes the physical stuff more than Liam did.

The thing is he is a tall though taller and bigger than Liam was, and after 5 seasons on the list he is not going to get anymore physical than he now and that is not going to change no matter what position he is playing.

I don't know why people keep talking up McMahon. He was an exclusive outside tall, like Josh Schache but without the athletisizm. 90% of his goals came from sneaking out the back, and he didn't kick many goals.

I wouldn't have kept either. But we had two tall kpds, neither competed particularly well in the air. One was delisted and the other, with strong endurance, was tried on the wing.

He was 200cm and just turned 20. Why was Callum Brown given about 7 years when he was not even tall enough to play midfield and rarely showed anything?

He has had a rough trot recently with illness but the more you see of him the better he looks as a ssd pickup, he really is very good in the air, we have seen a few games where has taken some big grabs. That one today was a ripper.

Lots to work with, I reckon, but no hurry as he's got lots of filling out to do.
Also, wouldn't be too quick to write off Beggy as he gets used to his size too.

Some big lanky blokes just don't show much competitiveness, but these 2 both have that, so I want to see what they're doing as 23 - 24 years olds.

Oscar for a bloke 205cm can really fly and even better has the confidence to attempt these high marks,Gawn is an excellent high mark for his size but they are rare.

When he fills out I still see him as a 1st ruck as his palm downs to advantage are a really important part of his game it is great that he is not a player you have to hide, you can stick him forward and be confident he is able to compete there.

At 201CM he was listed as being 87KG.
He looks around 95KG at 205CM now. Just guessing
100KG+ would be good enough in the ruck.
 
For me, a tall isnt a tall unless they can take a pack mark. This kid seems to be a real tall. Kids that we've had in the past are just make-believe talls and I would put will kelly in this list. It's great to have a tall winger if they can take a contested mark. I dont see the point otherwise.
