Port are a bloody good team, but the doggies forward entries, lack of forward pressure and c grade defensive unit made it a lot easier. Ain’t no way they get that against us. Even with all that and some very favourable umpiring they won by 3 goals.
I still cannot believe dogs got lobb. One of the most perplexing trade decisions I’ve seen. Absolute no need for him when they desperately need KPD.

The dogs also played with Arty Jones who finished with 0 disposals and 6 tackles. Almost playing a man down.
And the fact they persist with Alex Keath astounds me.
I’d suggest, that even a BF poster if they spent the entire game on the field would somehow end up with a disposal through even a lucky bounce . I found that so odd because he did have hands in it atleast a couple of times. They need to send him to the VfL to learn how to find more of it. He’s got some talent though.
There was at least one moment in the last quarter where JUH could've handballed it to him, but instead he tried to hold the ball and got tackled by 3 players. He wasn't in a great spot in the pocket but his teammates didn't do him any favours.

We play both again this season, I reckon if/when we see either in a final someone like Adams needs to do a tagging role on Butters/Neale, but not play that card in a H&A

Yeah that’s my thoughts I couldn’t believe they suspended butler so this has me worried
if he gets rubbed out for this the games done hopefully butlers gets thrown out too

Yeah it didn’t look much like a bump I woke up to read “Bont in trouble over bump” it was an awkward contest that’s it nothing in it but I thought butler would be fine too so who knows
I read somewhere Butters could be in Trouble but no press? Either I was dreaming or not pies worthy for them ?

I don't think he should be, but going by the AFL's criteria & gradings for high bumps, I guess the MRO has no choice but to cite him. I think they just ran into each other.
Ordinary games today. All could be very one sided. The Freo/Richmond game looks to be the only one, where it could get within 5 to 6 goals....
Nah the Hawks v Lions is pure so far. Hawks overusing it a lot but still 3 goals each so far is a great start
