No-one facilities compare to Collingwood's, they are simply awesome.
ATM, the lexus center kicks ass, Ours were well below par last year but dick spent 300k on day one, and has put another 800k into it since and had sponser donations. but the redevelopment of mc labour park is due to be finished around feb 2009, which will see it comparable to any sporting facilities nation wide.
Melbourne are two years away from developing theirs, so add that with the finances to send him to the best recovery staff worldwide in the interim. i think were a bit more developed!

I've been into the lexus centre(don't worry it wasn't by choice, and i really gave it to the collingwood players 
), It really is a great Facility. There really isn't anything they need that they don't already have.
Apparently WCE have pretty good facilities aswell.

What's so good about the Lexus Centre? What makes it state-of-the-art?
A never ending supply of tissues and band aids for Thomas when he gets a grass cut.

The ground surface is the best in Melbourne and Carlton has use of the state of the art gym facilities and pool at Melbourne Uni. This keeps us in the game until our redevelopment is finished.We have to be better than even money to get Judd if we really want him.

im pretty sure that the reason he said no to melbourne was because of them having many different training venues and always moving around (junction oval, scotch college, MCG ect.), he didn't say anything about the facilities.
Surface at Princes Park is sensational, just got to convince him to do 2 pre-seasons in a below standard but soon to be modernised facility.
Great area to train and go for runs around Princes and Royal Parks, but the Pies do have the tan track too the buggers.
You would be very surprised if everything was relatively equal and it came down to the Lexus Centre being the ace (I would anyway). I still believe that the Pies biggest ace is that their home ground is the "G".

What kind of a pounding would he cop from the players next year for insulting their club?
He's not stupid and any reasons given will be very tame and diplomatic.........with a skeric of truth.
Dees DO have crap facilities, but not much crapper than ours.
Dons - no excuse offerred and are in a similar position to us.
List and future are the real reasons, but gives too much ammunition.

MC Hammer sucks massive wang. Id imagine ud be worried that juddy doesnt go for below par training facilities. or below par teams for that matter.
