when your one of, if not the highest paid coach at the moment under contract, would you walk away from that?
No... But but we would play with structure and a plan... And I wouldnt be afraid to make changes if things arnt working.

*I would show passion and wouldn't just sit in the coaches box sipping on my coke Zero...

** And definitely wouldn't have a ****ing shit eating grin on my face if we just lost.

Cameron had a shred of integrity to know that his time was up and it was best for the club for him to move on.

Hinkley ... not so much.
The Hinkley family are greedy greedy people. They're all complicit. The whole milking more money out of the club thing at contract talks because it's hard to live in Adelaide under the microscope, giving jobs at the club to family. They'll bleed as much as they can out of this club before they're pushed. They don't care. In 5 years time they'll be sitting back in some Balinese hut drinking Bintangs getting their feet rubbed by an impoverished Balinese woman laughing about they took those idiots at Alberton for all they were worth.

It's like the club's been hijacked by carnies.

He's gonna move on with his reputation intact after 10 years of absolute mediocrity. Fortunately for him he's moving to another club for which the AFL pundits have zero expectations, so if he continues to dish up 7-10th place finishes he'll eek out close to another 10 years à la Leon Cameron.

It's the best case scenario for him. If he went to a 'big' Vic club he wouldn't last more than a couple of years under the blowtorch.
The thing is he will always be remembered as a nice guy that gave his all but, I wouldn't like people to think of me as a person who was not capable of finishing what I started.

There is no shying away from this one for Ken, he will not be remembered as the coach that came into a club at it's lowest and eventually winning that premiership, just the nice guy coach that was one of many that got things back on track.

When we think of Choco, we remember 2004 passionately, when we think back on Ken, we will think of all the lost opportunities.

I know some might also remember 2007 but my old saying is you gotta be in em to win em. If you go back and have a look at the magpies GF appearances we also lost our fair share but if you are not there you can't win one.

Everybody listen to what Adam Cooney is saying!

I genuinely hate Rucci.

Clarkson will be coaching Port in 2023.

Heard Kochie mention on his little segment how Erin will be taught by 'Kenny' - in a jovial way. I hope it's all smokes and mirrors, giving back in the same way Ken's managers are working the media.... I honestly can't bare the thought of another season to knowehere.

One leadership and management expert suggests that to maintain strong results, it’s crucial for leaders to set the bar high from the beginning — and not let it drop. Why? Simply put: “Low bars provide low results,” Chris Hallberg, an author and leadership coach, tells.

“If you want great results, you need to set the bar high (but realistic) and keep it there,” he added.
