The BBL salary cap is $1.9mil for 18 players. That's $105k per player. We're kidding ourselves if we think Matthew Wade is making less than the average.

Just caught a bit of the 2nd half of the Quetta Gladiators loss tonight to Islamabad but Quetta are generally awful with the bat. Having Guptill and Roy opening is also not a deadly enough opening pair for me.
