While anything can happen - especially when its a sore shoulder for elliott - McRae was pretty positive about his availability

"Jamie Elliott, Pat Lipinski and Dan McStay are all available next week, and we may need all of them. We'll wait and see how we get through this game," the coach said

He already had been in full contact training.

I presume he was tested to recommence Match Sim which he started last week

Same sort of thing as a knee reco, just has to get through those first few contests with heavy body contact and he'll be fine. You're never quite sure whether you can still go like you did before above the shoulders after having a reco, until you take those first few hits (or even have that first "scare").
 
Never blessed with speed but has class and damaging off one step

Good to have him back as an option for the 23 again

I’ve been a fan since it was announced we were to sign him… but will be interesting when/if we have a full line up with guaranteed starters in Sidebottom and de Goey back.

WHE, Markov, Lipinski… there are only so many spots available
