That's fine... how does that explain his kicking going to s**t?
I don’t agree with some of the things you say Kappa but I agree with you on that his short kicking was a weapon last hardly missed a target but hasn’t been as effective with his kicking this year I think it’s a bit of doubt in the shoulder tightening up his body so he’s not as relaxed when kicking and it’s affecting hit technique a little just my thoughts on it anyway

Lippa is a really important player and very under-rated by many fans. He straightens us up by winning the ball on the outside but then running it straight through the corridor as often as possible and then delivering it to advantage inside F50. If I was a key forward, I’d want Lipinski delivering it to me as much as possible.

He has been a bit slow to get back to full form, post surgery but I’m sure will get better and better from here, peaking right when we need him in Finals.

Form is temporary, class is permanent.

A bit overrated imo - has not been great since returning from his injury. Has Adams taken his half forward role?

It probably says a bit about our younger core that no one has done enough to overtake him or WHE (fringe players).
I think Allan is on the verge of nudging those guys out next season, but not this year.

What does lipinski do to enhance our forward line, he’s slow which doesn’t help locking the ball in and doesn’t kick goals, if there’s a spot for him in the team, it’s not forward imo
He doesn't really play as a forward. He rolls up into the midfield. It's the forward equivalent of the Nick Daicos defence roll.

His disposal is a strength. He is supposed to be setting up goals with his inside 50 disposals. He's like the inverse Adams. The yin to Adams' yang to balance things out.

Its a "role" that is not really working out for us. Might as well try playing a goal kicker like Johnson or Ginnivan.

Should of played Ginni last night.

Thinking about it.
I'd swap Lipinski with the Wilbur Beast. He will provide more forward pressure and be much more threatening to the scoreboard with his ability to bob up for a mark i50. He will match Lipinski's midfield output in the role too imv.

Yep, this. Plays an important role in our transition because of his running capacity, had 5 (=2nd) I50's. Hasn't quite found his 2022 form but I think he's building toward it. Unusually, his disposal was a little off last night.

He had Many Friends on Friday Night
