Who was your plan post Primus?

What a total ****head comment.

Primus's position became untenable. He could not have gone on. He lost to both GWS and GCS when everyone else was smashing them FFS !

There was no choice. Your mob can only hope that they can turn it around.

Personally I already think that is unlikely as they are trying to copy Port and take our people instead of becoming a trend setter like Port aimed to be and have become.

Face it. The Crows exist to compete with Port. It's how they were born and how the will remain.

Wonder how the fact he's already rejected them when he came back to us sits with the tingles?
The fact they were green with jealousy about us is what started this whole coach issue. But it shows they don't get it, changing one appointment won't alter your club and the CEO position change wasn't their doing either.
I have respect for Ruciuto but lets be honest he's not as sharp a brain as they really need, I guess that's why Patrick, Rory and Taylor help him make decisions.

To be honest I've never seen Walsh as head coach material. It may have happened but I can't recall his name being linked to that role at another club.

He's one of the best strategists going around but what's he like as a player manager, a motivator and a mentor. He could turn out to be a fine head coach but I think there are few question marks. But that's true for any untried coach.

McKenna. .. isn't the rumour he wasn't a good communicator. Of the recently deposed id consider Watters. .. and given the clubs previously interviewed him they would have a feel for him.

So it looks likely a Port Adelaide person will coach them, either Dew or Walsh. That will take away a bit of the sting in Showdowns, you can hear it now, "I really respect Port Adelaide and obviously we're trying to emulate them".

Getting bored with just about every single thread being hijacked with Crowies or Essendon are shit talk.

Ford Fairlane is it possible to have a "No talking about how shit the crows are or you'll cop a ban" thread?

At least it will be original and much better than those Essendon or Crow only threads on other boards. :D

Stop posting about the camrys man

Frodo can something be done about this?

If he turns down the offer or he loses out to another candidate do we still want him at the club? For mine he's crossed the line even talking to the enemy

You've got a quick trigger. :D

I was just about to add include all Essendon supporters have bloodshot eyes posts. :D

Not sure of the quality assistants out there at the moment. whether Walshy gets the job or not, we need to move on quickly and start looking for suitable candidates. Hopefully this doesn't become a trend for us though.

I hate tgus snikie. :D

Get in there...

People have been saying the crows have also been into Nicks - what's the chance that Walsh leaves and takes Nicks with him?

They are into Stevie Nicks.

New album and all.

I agree - Walsh/Crows - this could be an ugly marriage - fascinating viewing though
