I would suggest the AFL make a Veteran List, in the same way the Rookie Lists exist
Spot outside the main list and Salary Outside the Cap
so that Players who have played > 300 games and are still serviceable like Boak and Brent Harvey

I'd say it should only apply to 1 club players who are 32 years old or over.
