The problem is see is the pointy end of the season when the reserves are not playing and we still have finals to go. (not sure exactly how many but it is a decent number iirc)

We have to start blooding the extra 3 or 4 Mick will need if injury or form forces changes late in the season as we will not have that luxury. With this in mind the likes of Dick, JMac, The Sack, Keefe should be given some time soonish. And Mick always likes a first year player to come in so a Fasalo might get some games.

As others have said standout form may be tough to come by in the so they may have "marked" 4-5 to be selected throughout the year. If they can perform once in (like Blair) they may find themselves a regular.

I think S. Buckley may be the guy the persist with once over his injury.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Keefe grab a spot this week. Essendon are very tall up front. Apart from Tarrent and Reid we really have no one who can play a good tall 1 on 1.

Well maybe Mick should have, cause it looks like he had his face smashed in the two's. Hope he is ok. We have very few injuries but it seems all happening to our tall backs.
