Are you arguing that 150% of 5km is actually 12.5kms, or have I missed something?

50% of 5km = 2.5km
100% of 5km = 5km
150% of 5km = 7.5km
200% of 5km = 10km
250% of 5km = 12.5km

Pretty sure earlier North pst said they have had 150% - 200% increase from last years work load.

Biggest man in the AFL. Actually quite cut for a 7 footer.

Sigh.

If you actually think the original post was stating North players were doing 3x the workload as last year then honestly.....

Well even if they're trying to claim a 50% increase it's still silly hyperbole - unless they were doing a VFL training schedule last year.

That's what an "increase of 200%" means. So, umm... yes.
Or, why bother posting if you know you don't mean it?

Clearly a demonstration of footballer's maths, in a throw-away "best preseason ever" article.

Strange one to add to the thread. Last player i'd call huge, but thought it would be worth showing the kid is developing into a man. Not sure the taggers will have such an easy time this year with his improved fitness and size.

He certainly doesn't need to get any bigger from now on.

I hope the Werribee coaches have him earmarked for a key forward role in 2012. A huge defining year lies ahead for Maj.

Good grief!! Is he likely to play this season?

50/50 IMO.

He still needs to work on the fundamentals.

He'll get an upgrade at the end of the year, I'm certain of that.
